I acknowledge that there is an inherent danger involved in working with glass and that participating in this project with CLAY CAFÉ AVALON INC, it involves risk and may cause personal injury and I volunteer to participate and use the equipment and tools provided by them and the instructors. I will not hold Clay Cafe Avalon, the owner/staff or the instructor responsible for any expense or liability incurred as a result of my participation in this class, including medical expenses due to any sickness or injury incurred as a result. CANCELLATION POLICY $20 deposit is non refundable, but they are transferable should you choose for someone to take your place.
